These services ensure proper property transactions, legal ownership protection, and reduce the need for multiple office visits.

- Total land area (Kanal / Marla)
- Mauza, Tehsil & District
Mutation (Intiqal)
- Sale, Inheritance, Gift, Exchange
- Court decree-based transfers
- Verification by field Patwari
- Approval by Tehsildar / Assistant Commissioner
Land Ownership Verification
- Verify ownership by CNIC
- Verify by Khasra number
- Verify by Khata number
- Check status: Verified / Pending / Not Found
How to Apply
For Fard
- Select District, Tehsil, and Mauza
- Enter CNIC or land reference number
- Upload required documents
- Pay prescribed fee
- Receive Fard within notified time
For Mutation
- Submit mutation application
- Attach supporting documents
- Field verification by Patwari
- Approval by Tehsildar / AC
- Record updated in the system
